    1 cup- Dry Couscous
    1 1/2 cup boiling water
    2 oz- Kalamata Olives chopped
    1 tbs- Fresh parsley chopped
    1 tbs- Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Bring 1 1/2 cup water to boil.
Heat oil, saute Olives and parsley for 1 minute at medium high heat. Add Olives and parsley mixture to water and add couscous.
Turn burners off and cover with lid. Let stand for 10 minutes. Fork fluff and serve.
