Ingredients

    1 Bunch Swiss Chard Chopped
    12 Whole Clove of Garlic
    1 tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 dash Salt

Directions

Chop Swiss Chard and soak on sink to rinse dirt. Remove Chard from water and drain water and fill sink again and add Swiss Chard again. Remove Swiss Chard from water and put into colander to drain through.
Heat oil at medium high heat. Add whole cloves of garlic and turn down heat to medium. Once garlic is golden add Swiss Chard and saute for 5 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
