Introduction

Ingredients

    6 or 7 small to med apples, peeled and sliced
    1 tbsp butter
    1 heaping tbsp cinnamon
    2 tsp lemon juice
    1 cup water

Directions

Melt butter in med size saucepan. Add apples and other ingredients. Cook over med heat until apples are tender.
