Ingredients

    1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
    1/3 cup low fat chicken broth
    2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
    1 hard-boiled egg, ex-large
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tea Dijon mustard
    1/2 tea Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 tea black pepper

Directions

Combine in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Makes 6 servings.
