This is tasty and easy to make. This is tasty and easy to make.
Number of Servings: 1


    3 grams of firm tofu or .20 of block
    1 tbs nutritional yeast
    1/2 pita bread
    1 tsp sunflower oil for cooking
    1/2 tsp of cajun seasoning
    a few shakes of red hot sauce


1. heat the oil in skillet
2. break apart the tofu and put it in skillet
3. put seasonings on it and scramble
4. mix in nutritional yeast

(toast or heat the pita bread in the meantime)

When done, stuff it in the half pita.

This recipe seems like it's a lot of fat, but it's all very healthy fat so you will be fuller longer and still lose weight.
