    8 oz. sauerkraut - drained
    1/2 pound cooked corned beef (diced fine)
    4 ounces shredded swiss cheese
    1 cup milk
    3/4 cup bisquick mix
    1/2 cup mayo
    2 tablespoons chili sauce (or salsa)
    3 large eggs


Drain sauerkraut, pressing out liquid. Sprinkle the botom of a buttered pie plate with corned beef; top with the cheese and then with the kraut.

Mix milk, bisquick, may and eggs til blended.

Pour over meat, cheese and sauerkraut in pie pan.

Bake 400 degrees for 40 minutes
