Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup cornmeal
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 cod or haddock fillets (4 ounces each)
    CAESAR MAYO:
    1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
    4 teaspoons mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
    1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions

Place milk in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, cheese and seasonings.
Dip fish in milk, then cornmeal mixture. Place on a greased broiler pan. Broil 4 in. from the heat for 8-10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Combine the mayonnaise ingredients into sauce. Spread over fish and serve with lettuce and tomatoes on a bun. (bun and veggies not included in the calorie count)
Makes two fish fillets with sauce.
