    1 1/2 lb 93% ground beef
    1 extra large egg
    1/4 cup dried bread crumbs,( crushed crackers or cereal work too)
    1 tbsp dried minced onions
    Salt and pepper or Mrs. Dash to taste
    1 8 oz can tomato sauce
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1/2 tbsp vinegar
    1 tbsp yellow mustard


Mix beef, egg, bread crumbs, 2 oz of tomato sauce, onions, and spices and form into a loaf. Place in baking pan or casserole dish.
Mix remaining tomato sauce, brown sugar, mustard and vinegar and pour over meatloaf.

Bake 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees F. until cooked through.
Serve sliced with extra sauce on the side.
