Just a cream sauce that's not dripping with cream and still satisfying. Just a cream sauce that's not dripping with cream and still satisfying.
Number of Servings: 3

ham (11% fat or less) 2 slices
Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces
    Broccoli, cooked, 1 cup, chopped
Yellow Peppers 1/2 of a large one
    Spinach, frozen, 1/2 cup
    Milk, 1%, 3 cups
    Garlic, 3 cloves
Spaghetti or any pasta 3 cups
    Wheat flour 2 tbsp
    margarine 1 tbsp
    Olive oil 1 tbsp
Juice of two lemon wedges or about 3 tbsp

Boil pasta in a big pot. Cook the chicken in the olive oil and remove when it's fully cooked. Add vegetables spices and lemon juice to the same pot to keep the flavor. Add milk and margarine to the pot. After veggies are tender, thicken with flour. Pour sauce over the pasta and serve chicken in pieces on top. If it's a bit bland... add a bit more lemon. I usually cook the chicken with steak spice to give it extra tang, but I couldn't find steak spice in the database of food.
