Ingredients

    1 bag HamBeens 15 Bean Soup (1 pound 4oz bag of dried beans)
    1 cup chopped carrot
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 ham bone with about a cup of ham still on the bone.

Directions

Soak the beans overnight. Boil for a couple of hours until tender. Change the water. Put the beans, onion, carrot and ham bone in the crock pot and cover with water. Cook on high for about 3 hours. The longer it simmers, the better it is.

I serve it with cornbread. Left overs are great and it freezes very well.
