    1 lb Lean ground turkey
    1/2 cup brown rice
    16 oz can of stewed tomatoes
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 egg
    1 small head of cabbage
    1 cup water


Brown ground turkey, drain off any drippings. Cook rice according to package. Mix turkey, rice, onions and egg thorougly, salt and pepper as desired. Boil cabbage about 5 10 mintues. Take leaves and fill with turkey combination and place in baking pan. After filling pan, shred remaining cabbage and top off with stewed tomatoes. Bake in oven for approximately 20 mintues.
