    3 cups of cubed potatos
    3 cups of water
    1 chicken boullion cube

    2 cups of chopped leek
    2 stalks of celery
    1/2 cup of chopped onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    3 tsp of margarine

    1 cup of milk


Add boullion cube to boiling water. Add chopped potato's. Let cook til potato's are soft

Melt margarine in a sauce pan, add onion, celery, garlic and leek.

Remove about half the potato's from the water and about 1/3 of the leek mixture. Put in blender and blend until smooth.

Add blended potato's, leek mixture and milk to the chicken stock.

Add salt and pepper to taste and let boil on low for about an hour.
