    Egg substitute, liquid .5 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .12 cup, chopped
    Green bell peppers, 0.12 cup, chopped
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz
    Salsa, 3 tbsp


Chop veggies add to egg beaters and cook in buttered pan on med until lightly brown on one side and flip and do the same fold in half serve with the cheese and salsa
