Number of Servings: 4


    4 cups carrots, peeled and cut into coins
    1 Tbsp margarine
    1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
    1/2 tsp dill
    salt 7 pepper to taste


1. Cook carrots in boiling water until tender crisp, about 10 minutes
2. Drain carrots and return to pot.
3. Add other ingredients, stir until well mixed and nicely glazed.
Makes 4 servings
