Ingredients

    2 2/3 cups flour
    1 1/4 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    2 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    3/4 tsp ground cloves
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/2 cup dark molasses
    7 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 1/2 tsp grated orange rind
    1 1/3 cups sifted baking powder, divided
    1 egg

Directions

Combine flour through salt in a bowl; stir well, set aside.
Combine molasses, oil, corn syrup and orange rind in a large bowl; beat at medium speed of a mixer until blended. Add 1 cup powdered sugar and egg; beat until well blended. Stir in flour mixture.
Cover and freeze 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375. Coat hands lightly with cooking spray, and shape dough into 48 (1 inch) balls. Roll balls in remaining powdered sugar, and place 2 inches apart on baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool 2 minutes or until firm. Remove from pans and let cool on wire racks.

    This looks like a good recipe, but you need to edit it. At the bottom you have 1-1/3 cups baking powder instead of powdered sugar. You also forgot to put the corn syrup in the list of ingredients. - 5/30/09
