    1.5 cups rolled oats
    2 cups lowfat buttermilk
    0.5 cups whole wheat flour
    1 teaspoon brown sugar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 eggs beaten
    dash salt
    0.5 apple chopped
    0.25 cup chopped walnuts


Beat eggs. Mix all ingredients. Warm skillet. Pour mixture. Cook until edges brown. Flip.
Enjoy pancakes with fresh fruit.
