    1 cup whey/protein powder
    1/2 cup spelt flour
    2 cups rolled oats
    1/2 cup wheat bran
    1/2 cup ground flax seed
    1 tsp sea salt
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp allspice
    1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 cup apple butter
    1/4 cup agave nectar
    1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
    1/4 cup canola oil
    1 tbsp vanilla


Oven to 325
Put all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl: flours, oats,wheat bran, flax, salt, cinnamon, allspice,nutmeg,pepper. Mix
Beat all wet together in another bowl til blended.
Add wet to dry. Mix.
Prepare 13x9 metal pan, place mixture in and smooth evenly.
Place in oven and bake 20-25 minutes or until golden on top and firm in middle.
