    Mission Carb Balance Fajita Size - 2 tortillas (56g)
    Hormel Real Crumbled Bacon - 21 grams
    Jalapeno Peppers chopped (canned can also be used)14 grams
    All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites - 117grams
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil- 1 tsp
    Kraft Free Fat Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 30 grams
    Seasonings to taste


Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Combine all other ingredients (except cheese) and pour into skillet. Allow edges to set and then scramble as you would normal eggs until done. Heat tortillas for 20 seconds in the microwave.

Place tortillas on plates and split egg mixture between the two tortillas. Top with cheese.

You can add reduced sugar ketchup or salsa if desired (not included in nutritional information).

Serve and enjoy!
