Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/3 cup all-pupose flour
    2 pounds lean stew beef, cut into bite-sized pieces
    4 cups (1.5 pounds) potato, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1.5 cups onion, chopped
    1 cup baby carrots
    1 cup yellow pepper, chopped
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp paprika
    2 tsp garlic
    1 tsp salt
    2 packets less salt OXO beef broth
    2 1/4 cup water, boiled (for broth)

Directions

Place beef and flour in a bowl to coat meat. Combine the beef and vegetables in the crock pot. Mix the ketchup, worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, salt and hot broth. Pour over meat and vegetables. Put lid on crock pot.

Set on high until crock pot get warm (~15 minutes). Put on low for 8 hours. Only stir at the end (do not take lid off).

Serve and enjoy. Makes 4 2-cup servings
