My mother taught me this recipe. This isn't it's real name. My mother had forgotten what it was really called, so we called it Mexican Pig Slop because when it's all mixed together it looks like pig slop.:) My mother taught me this recipe. Ingredients

3 cups chili (I premake and freeze my chili so that when I want to make this I can just microwave it quick and add)
1 - 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag Tortilla Chips
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Spread cream cheese on bottom of a small casserole dish. Layer chili on top of the cream cheese. Top the chili with the shredded cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese is browned and dish is bubbly.
Serve with Tortilla Chips.
