    1 or 2 large zucchini (about 4 cups sliced)

    2 packages Hidden Valley Ranch Dip mix

    About 1\3 cup white flour

    About 1\4 cup oil (I use canola) for cooking


Slice zucchini. For crispier zucchini slice thin, for softer zucchini make thick slices. I prefer thin and crispy.

Rinse zucchini and keep moist.

Mix Ranch dip mix and flour together on plater or in a bowl.

coat moist zucchini slices in flour\ranch mixture.

Put oil in a deep frying pan and heat on medium\high heat. Place coated zucchini in pan in a single layer. Let fry until bottom side is brown then flip. Leave in pan until both sides are brown. Place on a napkin covered plate to drain excess oil.
