    1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
    3-4 oz. soft tofu
    1 pound fresh strawberries
    1/4 cup honey
    1-2 Tbsp vanilla extract


Wash, take stems off, and cut & mash up your strawberries. Or use a blender or food processor.

I used a hand whisk to blend the soft tofu and yogurt. You could do that, or just add all the ingredients to your appliance, and blend.

The vanilla extract is important to cut the tofu taste, especially if the vanilla yogurt you're using isn't heavily flavored.

Serves 2-4, for breakfast, dessert, or snack
