Ingredients

    Cream of Wheat dry cereal, non-fat organic milk, honey, ground flax seed, and banana.

Directions

Heat 1 2/3 c. milk on stove until it starts to boil. Gradually stir in 1/3 c. dry cereal. Return to boiling while continuing to stir, add honey, then reduce heat to maintain a low boil. Add ground flax seed, and medium-sized mashed banana. Cook until thickened. Serve and enjoy!
