Ingredients

    1.5 cups of chopped tomatoes
    1.5 cups of chopped vidalia onions
    1 cup of chopped green pepper
    1 cucumeber, chopped
    1 bottle of fat free italian dressing
    1 pound of rotini, cooked
    2.25 oz. of black olives, sliced
    1 tbsp garlic
    1.5 carrots, chopped

Directions

Chop the veggies, Boil the pasta, Toss together with garlic and italian dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste. Can also add parmesan cheese.
