    1 dz corn tortillas
    1 lb ground beef, extra lean
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 med onion, chopped
    1-12oz pkg cheddar cheese, shredded
    1-10oz can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup milk


Brown beef with garlic and onion. Season with 1 tsp of pepper. Layer the bottom of a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish with tortillas. Pour meat mixture on top. Sprinkle with half of shredded cheese. Layer with corn tortillas. Heat soup and milk. Pour over enchiladas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 300 for 20 to 30 mins or until hot and bubbly.
