Ingredients

    2 lb. Bag of Frozen Hash Brown
    ½ Cup of Melted Butter or Margarine
    1 tsp. of Salt
    1 tsp. of Pepper
    ½ Cup of Chopped Onions
    1 Pint of Sour Cream
    2 Cups of Cheddar Cheese
    1 Cup of Cream of Mushroom Soup
    ½ Cup of Milk

Directions

Mix ingredients together in a larger bowl (no particular order to adding ingredients but easier to mix if butter is added last). After all ingredients have been mixed spray a 9 x 12 pan with Pam and pour ingredients into pan and make even. Then bake at 350⁰ for about 1 hour or until golden brown (may take longer then hour).

Makes about 20 servings.
