Ingredients

    Onion, olive oil, tomato sauce, beef tenderloin, garlic, red wine, pasta

Directions

Brown chopped onions and garlic in olive oil. Add chopped beef to brown. Add red wine. Simmer fro a few minutes. Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for at least one hour. The longer you cook it the better. Serves at least 8 (based on serving size on pasta box) with lots of sauce left over.
