Introduction

1/2 cup oatmeal 1/2 cup oatmeal

Ingredients

    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c honey
    2 eggs
    3 bananas mashed
    1/4 cup buttermilk
    1 T. vanilla
    1 T. baking powder
    1 T. baking soda
    1/2 t. salt
    1/2 cup thick & rough Oatmeal
    2 c. wholewheat flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    cream butter & honey till smooth, add eggs 1 at a time, stire in mashed bananas, buttermilk & vanilla. When blended add dry ingredients . Put in 9 x 5 x 3 pan bake 50 minutes at 350 oven.
