Ingredients

    1 Medium Tomato, diced
    1 tsp. Lemon Juice
    1/2 of a whole lime, squeezed
    2 Avocados, diced
    1 Large slice red onion, diced finely
    1 tsp. Garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Chipotle chilies in adobo, minced
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. Salt

Directions

Mix the diced tomatoes with the lemon juice, and then dice and add the avocado and remaining ingredients. Stir well.
The longer it stays in the fridge, the better it tastes.

If you can't find the the chilies, you can substitute chipotle chili powder or any other chili powder.

Makes about 4 servings for guac lovers.
