    1 lb Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1/2 cup Bread crumbs
    1 TBS Ground Thyme
    3 tsp Ginger, ground
    3 tsp Onion powder
    1 TBS Garlic powder
    1 Cup Green Pepper strips
    4 TBS Ketchup
    4 TBS Pace Chunky Salsa
    1 Fresh egg white

    2 Cups sliced mushrooms
    2 TBS Olive Oil


Mix all ingredients together well and form into 8 patties. Grill till the meat is no longer pink inside. Serve on whole wheat buns, topping each burger with some of the mushrooms and other condiments and toppings of choice.

Pair this with a fresh garden salad.
