Ingredients

    tomato sauce 3 little cans, no salt added
    tomato paste, 1 little can
    fancy frozen veggies( includes corn,lima beans)
    2 medium zucchini sliced
    8oz of organic, low sodium vegetable broth
    barley
    seasons to taste
    enough water to bring level to approx. 1 inch from top of pan.

Directions

In a lrg soup pan, combine all the ingredients, stir to make sure the paste is smoothed into the ingredients and that they are mixed well.
Turn to med-hi until boiling, then reduce heat to med-lo and allow to simmer. ( I do at least 45 min, so the flavors will meld.)
