Quick easy dinner or lunch salad. Quick easy dinner or lunch salad.

    5 oz boneless chicken breast, grilled and sliced
    2 C mixed salad greens
    1/4 cup slivered onion (or thin rings)
    4 med strawberries, quartered
    1 oz shredded cheese (cheddar, colbey)
    2 tbsp Kens Lite Asian Sesame salad dressing
    1 tsp toasted sesame seeds


For one salad
Season and grill 5 oz skinless chicken breast.
Rest and slice.
Place over a bed of mixed salad greens with slivered onions, strawberries and cheese.
Dress with Lite Asian Sesame Ginger dressing.
