    1/2 cup onion, 1 tsp olive oil, 1 can of diced olives, 1 can of diced green chillies, 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup sour cream light.
    1/2 cup light cheddar or colby cheese
    1-1/2 c. chicken breast diced, cooked
    1/4 c. skim milk
    8 flour tortillas


Saute onions in olive oil, add olives, chillies, soup and sour cream. Take out 3/4 cup of the mix & save. Add chicken and cheese to the remaining mix. Fill each tortillas with mix and put in 8-1/2 x 11 casserole. Add milk with saved mix and spoon over tortillas.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Enjoy
