Ingredients

    halapeno pepper
    black beans
    frozen whole kernel corn
    flour tortilla
    homemade salsa
    mozzerella cheese

Directions

Chop pepper. Blend half the beans and half the corn. Add the pepper. Spoon 1/4 of the mixture down each of the center of the tortillas.Roll and place in pam sprayed baking dish. Spread salsa over top. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake @350 for 20 minutes.
