    Almonds, 2 cup, slivered (remove)
    *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 3 tbsp (remove)

    Low fat cream cheese, 12 oz (remove)
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed) (remove)
    Egg Subsititute 1 Cup
    *Sucralose (like Splenda), 4 tsp (remove)
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)

    *Splenda, 2 tsp (remove)
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, sliced (remove)


Pre heat oven 350. In Food Processor mix Almonds with Smart Balance, chop till resembles crumbs press into a pie plate lining up sides.
Clean out processor, then add the cream cheese, Egg Subsitute, and cotttage chesse blend well add 4 tsp (2 packets) or up to 2 TBS Splenda, blend well add 1 tsp Vinilla blend well.
Pour into prepaired pie pan, cook 33 minutes.
While it cooks, clean and slice up 2 cups of Fresh Strawberrys, sprinkle with Splenda, mix well, and refridgerate till serving.
Remove from oven rest 10 minutes. Refridgerate at lest 2 hours before cutting.
