A loaded egg scramble. A loaded egg scramble.
Number of Servings: 3


    1 1/2 cups Egg Beaters
    4 oz Lean Ham chopped fine
    1.5 cups Asparagus
    1 cup bocccoli
    .5 cup Green Pepper
    2 cups Simply Potatoes-Hash Browns
    5 Slices Louis Rich Turkey Bacon


Chop ham and all veggies into 1/4" sized pieces.
Cut turkey into small pieces.

Spray a nonstick skillet with Pam. Add hash browns, turkey bacon, and ham. Cook until potatoes are browned. Add veggies a stir together. Add egg beaters. Continue to cook mixture until eggs are done. Top with cheese. Cover until melted.

Ready to serve.
Makes 3 servings each approx. 10 ounces.
About 387 calories per serving.
