    2 cups of whole wheat flour
    1 cup of splenda
    2tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 large egg
    1 15ozs can crushed pineapple, in own juice


take flour, splenda and baking powder,soda, and egg, pineapple and mix together until blend. baked in oven on 350 makes 12 muffins. if you want to use regular flour you can you will need to probably adjust the calorie count. whole wheat i healthier for you. and you can add salt if you like i don't use salt cause i can't have it .

  • I made these a couple days ago. They are yummy!! I used fresh pineapple, so added 1 C water since I had no juice. I also made pancakes out of some of the batter. YUMMY stuff!! - 10/30/07
