Ingredients

    Ground Turkey, 453.6 grams
    *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce, 5.75 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup
    *Pasta, Lasagna Noodles, 2 oz
    Ricotta Cheese, whole milk, 1.90 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 8 oz

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook turkey until browned. Add spaghetti sauce to meat.

In a separate bowl add eggs, parmesan cheese, half of the mozzerell cheese, and the ricotta cheese. In 13 x 9 inch pan, pour some meat mixture on the bottom and then layer with lasagna noodles and then cheese mixture until gone or pan is full.

Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 80 minutes at 375. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
