    2lb Ground Turkey (93% Lean)
    15oz can of diced tomatoes
    12oz can V8 Spicy Hot
    8oz can tomato sauce

    2 stalk celery chopped
    1 green bell pepper chopped
    1/4 cup white onion chopped

    1/4cup brown sugar packed
    1/2Tbsp each
    --Black Pepper
    --Chili Powder
    --Crushed Red Pepper
    --Ground Mustard


Brown the ground turkey with the 1/4cup onion.

Mix all ingredients in a 3qt Crockpot and turn to high heat.

Cook for 4 hours on high heat (or 6 to 8 hours on low heat).

For even more 'spice' add 1/4tsp tobasco sauce prior to cooking.
