Introduction

Simple, crisp, quick, tasty, homemade... and not as high in calories as you would think. Easily modified with light mayo or sugar substitute if desired. Simple, crisp, quick, tasty, homemade... and not as high in calories as you would think. Easily modified with light mayo or sugar substitute if desired.

Ingredients

    1/2 Head Cabbage, sliced
    1/3 C Mayo
    1T Sugar
    1 1/2 T Vinegar

Directions

Mix mayo, sugar and vinegar in a bowl.*
Slice cabbage into stips and toss in the sauce mixture.

*Sauce measures are a starting point, adjust to taste. If you are serving with something sweet, like BBQ ribs use less sugar for a tangy slaw to balance the meal. Use less vinegar when you need a little sweet, like with plain burgers.
