Ingredients

    1 lbs Fresh Broccoli, cut into florets
    1/2 small red onion
    1 cup shedded mosseralla cheese low fat
    8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
    1/2 cup of mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp Cider vinegar

Directions

Place broccoli, onion, cheese, and bacon in a sald bowl, set aside. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, and vinegar, mix until misture is smooth, just before serving, pour dressing over the salad and toss.
