Ingredients

    1 cup macaroni noodles
    1 tbs butter
    1 tbs flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 cups Sargento® Bistro® Blends Shredded Sharp Wisconsin & Vermont Cheddar Cheese with Real Bacon, 19 oz
    3 oz. velveeta
    1 cup whole milk

Directions

cook macaroni according to package directions.
melt butter in sauce pan. add flour, salt and pepper. add milk and cook and stir until slightly thickened. Add shredded cheese. cook until cheese is completely melted. combine drained macaroni noodles and cheese sauce and pour into baking dish. place small chunks of velveeta on top and bake in 350 oven for 20 minutes.
