    1 lb sirloin sliced thin
    8 oz mushrooms sliced thin
    1 small onion, halved and sliced thin
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 cup water
    1/4 cup red wine
    1 tbsp flour
    1 tsp dry mustard
    1 tsp beef flavored bouillon
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    2 tbsp sliced green onions


Coat non stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat pan over medium heat. Add steak, mushrooms, garlic and onions. Cook until meat is browned.
Combine water and next 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Add to beef mixture. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes until meat is done.l Uncover and cook 5 more minutes or until thickened. Stir in sour cream. Serve over noodles (not included) and sprinkle with green onions.
