    2 cups College Inn Organic Chicken broth,
    1- 16 oz frozen bag of Broccoli cuts
    2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 Tablespoon Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Plus Calcium & Vitamins (Soft), 1 Tablespoon Argo Corn Starch
    12 oz (1 1/2 cups) 1% Milk


1. Cook broccoli in microwave, While broccoli is cooking add margerine to pot on Medium High heat. Pour about 34 of chicken broth onto pot add the cornstarch to the remaining broth in the can, stir, add mixture to the pot while whisking to thicken. turn heat down to medium whisk in the milk and cheese. when cheese has melted add broccoli turn down to low till heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.
