Like Tuna Salad minus the mayo and plus the greens. MMMmm-good! Like Tuna Salad minus the mayo and plus the greens. MMMmm-good!

    3 oz Light Tuna in Water (mini cans work great)
    2 c Spring Mix salad
    2 Tbsp Onion, chopped diced
    3 Tbsp Celery, chopped diced
    1/2 Lemon, juiced
    1/2 tsp Dried Minced Garlic
    Dash Cracked Black Pepper


Makes 1 salad
Customize the ingredients & add or subtract as much as you wish. This salad is so good that it doesn't need any dressing, in my opinion. For a different effect, you could really chop/dice up the spring mix greens and other ingredients and spread this over bread similar to traditional tuna salad.
Hand shred and throw the greens in a bowl.
Top with onion, celery, lemon juice, pepper and garlic (maybe salt, not included in nutritional info) then add the tuna. Grab a fork and enjoy!
