    2 c. fresh spinach
    1 Tbsp pecan pieces
    1 Tbsp gorgonzola crumbles
    1 Tbsp Craisins
    1 Tbsp Vinaigrette (I used Marzetti's Strawberry Chardonnay)

Toss all ingredients together. Makes one serving.
