    2 cups Black beans
    1.5 cups Corn
    1 15 oz. can Diced Tomatoes
    Small Red onion, finely chopped
    2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
    1/3 cup Lime Juice
    1 tbsp minced Garlic


Mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper as needed.
