Ingredients

    4 T of Olive Oil
    1/2 cup of garlic
    1 cup of chopped onion
    4 T Fresh Basil chopped
    1/2 cp of spinach
    2 29 0z. cans of Contadina
    1 can of tomato paste

Directions

Add the turkey meat to the olive oil in a large saucepan and brown it over medium heat. Add garlic and onion to cook over medium low heat till the onions are translucent and the garlic is golden brown. Add the chopped spinach and cook it down.Add the tomato paste and about a cup of filtered water. Let that cook about a half an hour. Then add your cans of tomato sauce and the fresh chopped basil. Cook for 1/2 hour with the lid on and 1/2 hour with the lid off till two hours are up. Stir and check for even cooking every so often. 10-15 minutes.
