Introduction
Chop up steak, chicken, peppers, tomatoe, & onion. It's best to have the steak & chicken prepared ahead of time. Heat your skillet to Medium or Medium-High & spray with butter spray. Pour the egg substitute in the skillet. Then add the meat & veggies to the mixture. If you want you can add the cheese now or later as egg starts to set or when you have it plated with your tortilla. Ingredients

1 cup - Egg subtitute (Egg Beaters)
4-6 small chunks or slices - Chicken (already prepared)
1/4 - Green Pepper
1/4 - Red Pepper
1-2 slices - thinly sliced Onion strips (more or less depending on your taste for it)
1/4 - Tomatoe
1/2 cup - Low Fat Cheddar Cheese
2 - Low Carb Tortillas
5 sprays - I can't believe it's not butter (or Pam)
Directions
You just have to watch that you don't burn your egg. It might not take a full 5-minutes. It could take 3, depending on how hot your skillet is.
