    Cream Cheese 2oz
    Egg 2 whole or whites
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), unthawed (remove) .75 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    Splenda, 12 tsp (
    atkins bake mix or carbquik .25 cup, 4 serving


Mix all dry ingredients together. In seperate bowl, mix all wet ingredients. Combine and mix well. If batter seems dry, add a little water. Flour or spray 12 cup muffin tin. Fill 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
